Know as simply “Doc”, Penney is the Head Goddess in Charge of Gem-Comm. GEM stands for Global Electronic Media and was formed in 1997 to facilitate the new media brought on by the world wide web.
Wearing a variety of hats, she covers mainly the retail, human resources and media competencies and oversees the day to day operations of the company. A proud graduate of NYU, Stern and Emory, her background in economics allows a good overall perspective on the state of the financial world.
